This update is all about Public Content Collections, which allows you to create collections of content that people can access and share even without an account!
For Users
New
- Users with and without Reach accounts can browse and share content from Public Content Collections directly from a URL.
For Admins
New
Public Content Collections: You can now create collections of content and share them with a public URL. This makes it easier than ever for supporters to engage with and share your content without needing to sign up for anything.
- To get started, go to the Collections tab of the Reach Admin Dashboard.
- Create a new Content Collection and add assets from your Reach Content Library.
- Share the unique URL with your supporters so they can browse and share your content directly from the page.
- You can customize the colors, the banner image, the sorting of the assets, and even add formatted body text above the assets if you want to provide visitors with a bit more context.
- You can also add assets to a collection as you edit those assets with a new drop-down on the asset editing form.
- All data about downloads and shares via your collections will be included in all your existing Reach data flows like Admin Dashboard graphs, CSV exports and BigQuery Mirrors.

Please note that content collections are not available on the Basics tier. Complete-tier subscribers can make one collection and Movement tier subscribers can make unlimited collections.
