We’re excited to get your campaign loaded into Reach! Follow the guidelines and use the upload button below to securely send us your data. Once you’ve uploaded files here, please email us to let us know to look out for them and any special instructions.

File Upload Guidelines
- Uploaded data must be in comma-separated (.csv) or tab-separated (.txt) format. Try to pull exports from other systems in one of these formats and do not upload Excel files or files that have passed through Excel.
- Compressed files in the .zip and .rar formats are allowed.
- You may also upload .pdf, .doc, or .docx files for file format descriptions or column layout docs.
- File name must include the name of your campaign.
- File must include column headers or you should include an additional file with column mapping.
- File must include a unique ID for each row.
- File must include all required fields. See field list.
- Files may be up to 2GB in size. If you need to get us a larger file, please contact support.
