Support FAQs
How do I access the Admin Dashboard?
The admin dashboard is accessible to all campaign “Admins” and “Owners”. It is only available on a desktop-size web browser. Access it by clicking on the campaign name in the top left corner to get to the My Account screen, then clicking on the blue gear icon next to your campaign and selecting “Campaign Admin”. More info here.
Why can some of my users only see street names and not full addresses?
What you’re noticing is Reach’s “Privacy Masking” feature. Since we make it so easy for new folks to join your campaign, we have built this privacy masking that prevents the lowest level users from seeing full addresses (we hide building number and apartment number) and from seeing full phone numbers or email addresses unless they are the one who personally collected that contact info.
You can promote users to “Verified Users” and they will no longer be subject to privacy masking. You can learn more about user roles and how to edit them here.
It you’d like us to disable privacy masking entirely for your campaign, that is possible, but this is a safety concern for many campaigns. Contact us to discuss this further.
Does Reach require an internet connection?
No! Reach detects when you lose your internet connection and has a robust “Offline Mode” which lets you do just about everything while offline. Changes you make while offline will be automatically synced back when your connection re-establishes. Reach even offers the ability for a campaign to prepare bundles of offline data which users can download to their devices to continue searching while offline. More information about Offline reaching here.
