Any “Owner” of a Reach campaign can manage the Billing for that campaign’s Organization. To access Billing Admin, access the Reach Admin Dashboard, then click on the Organization name in the top left corner of the header, and select “Billing”. You’ll also find a “Manage Billing” button on the Organization Details admin screen at https://app.reach.vote/admin/organization.
Once you’ve arrived at the Billing screen, you’ll be able to:
- View your current subscription, pricing plan, and your next renewal date.
- View and update your saved Payment Method
- View and update your Billing Information
- View and download past invoices.
Please note that unfortunately, any refunds will not be reflected on the Billing screen at this time. You can always email [email protected] if you have any questions about your billing that are not answered on that screen.
