Share Feedback

The Share Feedback admin screen is the place where you can see all the feedback users have left about your content. Users can submit the feedback form after sharing or downloading an asset from the library. The feedback form asks three questions:

  1. How did you share this content? (Public Post, Select Group, Private 1:1)
  2. How engaged were people with your content? (Not engaged, Average Engagement, Above Average Engagement, Viral, Not Applicable)
  3. How did your community react to your shared content? (1-5 scale with 1 being Negative and 5 being Positive)

The form also asks for an optional URL of the post and an optional comment.

The admin screen is a list view of all feedback submissions which you can sort and filter. You can also customize the column layout, including adding a “Campaign” column that will tell you which campaign the user was working in when they left the feedback, in the case of a shared gallery.

When a feedback submission has a comment, you can click the arrow on the left side of the row to expand that row so you can see the full comment.
